Visit

We just love this dear family.  Sheila, Zazzy Zavaglia Life, came for a visit.
We had planned this for a month or so.  Sheila and I are college friends who have stayed in touch over
these years.

 Our children
Ella, Seth, Lauren, Garrett and Jonathan
Little man decided to join us for this picture.
Little Mr. Andrew

Garrett offered to help Andrew put on his shoes and socks so he could go outside to play.

These children had the best time, even though there is a difference in age from the oldest at 14 to the littlest one who is almost 4.

They jumped on the trampoline, played nighttime tag with glow sticks, played ipod games, watched Garrett play hockey games and enjoyed camping out on the floor.
We played at the playground and ate Diary Queen before sending them home to Asheville.

Sheila and I met at Appalachian where we both majored in Elementary Education.
Some years have been harder than other to get together for a visit, but we always stayed in touch.
This technology age of text, twitter, facebook and blogs make this friendship easier to stay connected.
Instead of calling and chatting for hours at the time once a month, we can now chat daily through technology.

Sheila is a friend who understands my ups, downs and in betweens of being a wife, mom, and believer of Jesus Christ.
With miles between us, we continue to remains friends.
Our goal is not only our friendship but our children to know each other as well.
She is such a BFF.
