Tradition Continues. . .

Today started out with the Jesse Tree. A new tradition for our family this year. We are walking our way through the Bible from Adam and Eve to the birth of Jesus by Christmas Day. The most incredible thing is that our boys know the stories. Very impressed with their knowledge of the Bible. My aunt Peggy made the tree for us. She has such a talent for sewing.

Each day my children are able to open an envelope.
It may have a craft project, read something, go somewhere, or watch a movie and drink hot chocolate. Well today we read Christmas Tapestry by Patricia Polacco. What an incredible story. Afterwards, we made Christmas cards for 5 people.

These are Seth's cards. He took time to be sure each one was just perfect. He worked very hard. Still has to finish tomorrow, he is still working.
