Day 4 - Blizzard Beach

Today was Blizzard Beach.  We have never gone to a Disney Water Park before today.  We were very excited to see what it was like.

These cool cups have a bar code.  You scanned the cup and it turned the drink machines on - you could do this as many times as you wanted through out the day

Day 3 - Epcot

We started the day at Epcot.  We arrived at 10 or so.  We just had to sleep in alittle.  We were exhausted from three full days.  We knew that today was going to be a long day as well. 

Another 3D movie.  Garrett has worn his glasses for the whole movie.  Seth keeps his hands close in case he needs to remove his glasses.  Ella doesn't even pick up a pair.

The jumping water.  Both of the little ones were amazed.  Seth stood forever trying to memorize the pattern to try and catch the water.

Seth went on a Kim Possible mission.  He received his own cell phone that sent him on a scanvenger hunt. 

Test Trek was our favorite ride.  It is presented by GM so when you come out of the ride there are cars to try out.  Seth headed straight for the green camaro.  He pulled his shades down and arm on the window.  It was so funny to watch him

We closed the park around 9:30.  The Illuminations was a great firework and laser show.

Disney does everything right - not one complaint

Disney is not about the vacation but the experience

Another day of sleeping in - headed to the water park for half a day then Disney Quest to play video games for night time.

Day 2 - Animal Kingdom

Day 2 was Animal Kingdom.  We were on the move.  The park is only opened from 9-5 so we knew we had to start early.  If you arrive at the park, before it opens you get to "open the park".  There is an offical opening of the park for each day.  We were ready to open the park.  Mickey, Minnie and Pluto came out.

Expedition Everest was a new ride for us this year.  Last time we were here, Everest was being built.  What a great roller coaster.  The kids road it twice.

Riding the Kilimanjaro Safaris - Fun to see the animals.  This is an amazing ride.

Another parade- Ella really thinks that the characters are looking right at her.  She waved and waved.

After a short day, we headed back to the hotel to swim.  WOW!!  We are staying at an incredible place.

After a day at Animal Kingdom, swimming at the pool, supper, then back to Magic Kingdom for the Electrical Parade. 

This brings back great for me.  I clearly remember the electrical parade as a child.  Ella was amazed.

Day 1 - Magic Kingdom

Today was the start of the days of Disney World .  We decided to start out at Magic Kingdom.  Out the door at 8:00am

We had breakfast at Ohana.  We love those Mickey pancakes

Hello Mickey - Good to see you again.  This restaurant had the best juice.

Dumbo was the first ride for everyone.  Mom and Ella were off.

We caught the afternoon parade.  Ella is going to be Jesse for Halloween

This has been Seth's looks most of the day.  Pure amazement where ever we go.

Ella loves the little sinks and paper towel dispensers in every bathroom.  She can do it all by herself.

The park is decorated for Halloween.  Everything is orange.  Pumpkins are everywhere.  Every lamp post in the park is decorated like below.

The castle as we were getting ready to leave the park.  This is the site everyone wants to see.

The first day was great. 

Highlights of the day:

Seth rode Space Mountain for the first time.

Seth doesn't remember anything from last time - it is all new.

Jeff and Amy survived a day of the Magic Kingdom and ready for Animal Kingdom tomorrow.

We love that we started our vacations in May with a Disney cruise - we are ending our vacations in October with Disney.  Life is good
