Okay! As I was looking back over my goals from last year, I realized the 5 K happened twice but not the 10K. Jeff has been asking and asking if I would do the Cooper River Bridge Run with him in April. I need to exercise. Not to lose weigh but to be fit and healthly. I just like being fit. The more I read and hear about turning 40 and what you body begins to do. AHH!! Not ready. So okay, I have agreed to train and run the Cooper River Bridge with Jeff. 10K. 6.2 miles. I really don't have to start training until the end of January but started today with just toning exercises.
Thanks goodness I have a buddy to do it with
