A hat - we have missed seeing Garrett in a hat.

November 4 - He goes to school all day. Jeff and I work all morning trying to obtain all the paperwork they needed to take with them for him to take his test.

Here and There

Ella was the only one who was able to Trick or Treat for Oct. 31. She was a girl from Monster High.

HG fall festival

Ella and I volunteered to work a booth for our Fall Festival at church. We were able to bless HGES with games and workers. The mission of our church is to Live Sent.

"Jesus said to them again, Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you." John 20:21

We were able to Live Sent right across the road at a local elementary school. In each and everything we do, we are Living Sent.

We had the ball toss game. Ella was a true sport. She didn't play any games that night. She served other with her smile, encouragement and kindness.

THE COLOR RUN

If you have been thinking about running a 5K - the Color Run is the race for you. SO much fun.

Last year Jeff and I along with the boys ran the race. As soon as the registration open back in April, we all signed up. Ella wanted to run in the race as well. Joseph decided to join us after we talked about the run we had.

Ella's teacher and some friends were running in the race as well. We found them at the finish line. Another girl from my Girls on the Run group was in the group as well. So this was the Poplin crew.

Hockey for Seth

So we left the wedding to travel for early morning hockey games the next day. We travels for Seth. Yes, we have 2 hockey players. Jeff was out of town with Garrett playing hockey.
